Planning an incentive programme?

What is included

Incentive programmes need more than a good itinerary. We take care of arrival logistics, private transfers and coaches, exclusive-use venues, hotels and luxury lodges, dedicated hosts and guides, gala and themed dinners, activities and team experiences, and on-site staff who manage the programme from start to finish. Where the brief calls for it we arrange private charters, helicopter or boat transfers, branded touches and speaker or award sessions. Every element is listed in the proposal so the client and the planner can see exactly how the budget is used.

How a brief is quoted

Tell us the purpose of the trip, the number of guests, the travel window, the standard expected and an indicative budget per person. We respond with a programme concept and a costed proposal at net rates, normally within two working days, and refine it with you through site details, venue options and timing. For larger programmes we can provide alternative concepts so the end client can choose. Once confirmed, we manage supplier contracts, rooming, run sheets and final documentation, and keep you updated through every stage.

Group sizes and lead times

We plan incentive and corporate groups from small executive retreats of ten to twenty guests up to larger reward programmes of a hundred or more, split across hotels and venues where necessary. Exclusive-use lodges, island resorts and popular event dates book well in advance, so we recommend briefing us nine to eighteen months ahead for larger programmes. Smaller groups can often be placed with shorter notice, and we will always tell you what is realistically available for your dates.

Regions we cover

Our incentive work spans New Zealand, from Queenstown and Fiordland to Hawke's Bay, Marlborough, Rotorua and Auckland, and Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Queensland, Tasmania and the Red Centre. For a resort finish we work with exclusive properties in Fiji and the wider South Pacific. Wherever your group goes, one Christchurch-based team handles the programme and provides 24/7 support on the ground.
